Classic Rock Coffee, Springfield MO
Caffeine and music get mixed up at Classic Rock Coffee in Springfield, MO. This trendy high-end coffee house mixes a Rock N’ Roll atmosphere to bring their customer a unique experience. The client wanted a great sound system for their live performance stage, named “The Riff”, where they have local and touring artist perform.
Sandor AVL provided the design, sales and installation of a Danley loud speakers system. Danley is a USA based company that delivers a Synergy Horn Technology Solution that was appropriate for the coverage challenges of the venue. Danley’s flagship SH50’s was used for the main floor area along with TH118 Subs. SH95HO’s were used in the venues upstairs mezzanine as well as fill areas. All powered through DNA20k amplifiers with DSP.
Morsefest Memphis TN
Sandor AVL has been part of the multi day progressive rock festival featuring Neal Morris among other bands for many years. We provide, sound and lighting productions including rentals. Rentals have included Martin Lighting light package, Shure and Sennheiser wireless microphone systems, Digico front of house console. Danley Sound Labs line array for the main PA, wedges and monitors, stands, racks, labor and crew. Our team set up the system and provided the tech’s to operate the audio and lighting systems during all the events and shows. During 2020 the show did still go on, but in a new light with a limited crowd and virtual show participation options. Sandor completed audio recording and working with the livestream and virtual show changes.
Catham Bible Church, St. Louis MO
Designed and installed a new audio sound system with acoustical wall treatments. The room was acoustically challenging because the main worship hall is a large cavernous round clam shape as well as a balcony.
The previous system received many complaints from the congregation that it was hard to hear the service due many dead zones and hot spots. The leadership had contacted Sandor AVL to address the issue.
We found a solution that met the challenges for installation in a round space by addressing the cause of poor sound, and not the symptoms. By adding the acoustical wall treatments, the enjoyment of the services was improved with speech that delivered the message as intended.
